Our Terms of Business apply to the delivery of services by Birketts LLP (“us” or “we”) to the client (“you”). Services are provided in accordance with a letter of confirmation of instructions, which encloses or refers to our Terms of Business.

We pride ourselves on the standard of service and legal advice we give to all our clients, and we want to make sure that our service meets with your expectations.
