Alistair joined Birketts in 2001.
A former banker, Alistair joined Birketts to become its first Chief Executive Officer. Since then the firm has considerably increased its headcount and turnover to become one of the largest and highly regarded law firms in the region. Since joining, he has managed the firm through an LLP conversion and new office openings in Norwich and Cambridge.
Alistair is based in our head office in Ipswich.
Other Information
Alistair studied economics at Edinburgh University and Henley Management College where he gained an MBA. He joined Bank of Scotland and after various positions throughout the business he moved to East Anglia as Regional Director to open a new office for them in Ipswich in 1993 and in Cambridge in 2000.
