Experience
Nicholas was a partner of Wollastons for over 20 years. He now combines a full time consultancy role with a Notarial practice and a number of external business and not for profit appointments. He is a commercial property specialist and his extensive experience includes a particular expertise in commercial leaseholds as well as freehold sale and purchase, property development, options for sale and licensed property. He regularly writes and lectures on property law.
Nicholas is very active in the wider business community and is a National Council member of the Institute of Directors and is currently Chairman of both the Heart of Essex Business Group and the Chelmsford Business Forum. He is a member of the Essex Business Consortium. He is a freeman of the City of London and a liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Distillers.
Nicholas has acted for institutional investors, public sector organisations, as well as lenders, corporate occupiers and developers and regularly advises landowning consortia, motor trade and the financial sectors.
Nicholas is based at our Chelmsford office.
