Clare provides employment and immigration advice and regularly delivers interactive training.

Clare provides helpline advice on matters such as discipline and grievance, managing performance and sickness absence. She helps employers implement appropriate contracts, policies and procedures and advises on strategic projects such as redundancies, restructurings and TUPE transfers. Clare has experience of managing terminations including those involving settlement agreements and is an experienced Employment Tribunal litigator. Clare supports overseas clients setting up in the UK and has experience of managing international projects.  A fluent French speaker, she also acts as local contact for French employment law matters.

Clare also provides employers with comprehensive advice regarding their migrant workers. She helps our clients to manage immigration risk, by providing training on sponsorship duties and carrying out immigration compliance audits. In addition to regularly supporting employers and their workers seeking Tier 2 visas, Clare also has experience of more unusual categories of the Points Based System, including ministers of religion and charity workers. Clare also advises on visas for entrepreneurs and applications for settlement and naturalisation.
