We are members of Resolution (previously known as the Solicitors' Family Law Association (SFLA)) and we are committed to its conciliatory and constructive approach to disputes involving families.  In addition, Oliver Gravell, who leads the Family Team, is one of the country's first batch of lawyers trained in Collaborative Law - a unique method of dispute resolution (a form of lawyer based mediation) which has been developed over the past decade in the United States.  He also sits on the National Steering Committee.
