The firm’s fraud team specialises in all aspects of financial crime including FSA investigations, diversion frauds and complex and large-scale Inland Revenue frauds.

Malcolm Savory has a background in defending in heavyweight criminal cases and over the years has represented numerous individuals and companies in complex fraud cases as well as having experience of Inland Revenue investigations.

Laura Thomas-Islami has prosecuted and defended numerous cases of fraud in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts.  She is also on the Attorney General’s approved list of prosecutors for such work.

The team is currently instructed in a large-scale FSA investigation in to insider trading.
