Birketts advises on acquisition of Stag Security Services
A team of solicitors from Birketts advised on the recent acquisition of Stag Security Services by Servest, a multi service group based in Bury St Edmunds.
The team from Birketts’ Chelmsford office advised Servest on the acquisition of Stag Security Services in a deal which will result in the new company having a combined annual turnover of £100 million, moving Servest one step closer to their bold strategy to become one of the top five multi service providers in the UK.
