Of the team at Birketts, he said: "As in the past the team at Birketts helped us through the process from start to finish, and their advice and assistance was invaluable. The professionalism, commitment to the deal and responsiveness to our needs, shown by all the members of the team, has been very impressive, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them."
The Birketts team was led by Commercial and Corporate partner Rafael Ruiz and included Laura Ryan (Corporate) and Adam Kudryl (Banking).

We have significant experience in the outsourced facilities management sector, which we were able to put to good use to assist Servest on this latest step in its growth plans. We recognise the changing demands that are being made of support service providers by their customers, and are pleased to be assisting Servest to meet those changing needs, as it moves towards achieving its ambitious plans for the future."
