The claim and defence have been submitted, the hearing date has been set. Both parties have briefed their barristers who are prepared to contest the matter before the Tribunal. Registration is at 11.30am with a buffet at 12pm. The tribunal will start at 1pm.

Judgment delivered and the case concluded by 5.00pm with refreshments to follow and a chance to discuss the case with the solicitors, barristers and witnesses.
