Birketts’ Norwich office increases commercial property department

Birketts LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of solicitor, Elizabeth Lee, to their commercial property team based in Kingfisher House, Norwich.

Elizabeth joins Birketts from a well-known regional law firm where she has spent the last three years working in their real estate department.  She has experience of advising both private and public sector clients on various aspects of landlord and tenant law including the granting and taking of commercial leases, licences to assign/sublet and options as well as freehold acquisition work.  Elizabeth has also been involved with the drafting and negotiation of Section 106 Agreements for both local planning authorities and developers.
