Adrian joined Birketts in 2004 and is a partner in our corporate finance team.
Adrian specialises in corporate law, including advising on acquisitions and disposals, private equity, venture capital, banking, refinancings and restructurings. He has considerable experience of acting for large corporates and high net worth individuals in relation to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, and frequently in relation to international transactions. He has particular experience of the logistics and oil and gas sectors. Adrian is a founder member of Birketts' Middle East team and advises on investment into the UK.
