Experience
Bob joined Birketts in 2007 as an associate in our private client team.
He specialises in all aspects of client succession and Capital Tax planning including will drafting, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning, and succession issues for the private client in agriculture or business. He also advises on the creation, termination and administration of Trusts, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and disputes.
Other Information
Bob is a Vice-President of Tendring Hundred Farmers' Club and a member of the Suffolk and Essex Agricultural Associations.
