Adrian joined Birketts in 2006. He is a partner in our corporate finance team.
Adrian is a corporate finance lawyer advising on corporate structures and company matters. He advises on both public and private take-overs, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and buy-outs. Adrian has been involved in a number of IPOs and other securities issues for fully listed and AIM companies. He also acts on venture capital and business angel finance transactions. Before joining Birketts, he worked for two leading international law firms for a combined 17 years.
