Caroline joined Birketts in 2008. She is a partner and head of our private client team in Cambridge.
A well-known and highly regarded lawyer in the region, Caroline has 25 years' experience in all aspects of private client succession planning. She acts for individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to wills, tax planning and probate matters as well as advising on all aspects of trust creation, management and dissolution. She also acts in connection with receiverships, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
