Emily joined Birketts in 2008. She is an associate in our social housing team.
Emily's caseload includes acquisitions and disposals of land for social landlords, development agreements, the social housing aspects of s106 agreements and the set up of shared ownership schemes.
Other Information
Emily studied Law and Politics at Cardiff University and on graduating, worked at Suffolk County Council for four years as a Political Researcher. She then began her training at a regional firm, completing her final month at Birketts and qualifying as a solicitor in September 2008. Emily became an associate in 2011.
