Ginny joined Birketts in 2008. She is a senior associate in our family and matrimonial team.
Ginny undertakes all aspects of family work specialising in high net worth financial cases involving pension and company issues. She also advises on cohabitation disputes and children issues. Ginny has four years experience as a collaborative lawyer giving her clients the choice to resolve their difficulties in a non-contentious manner.
Other Information
Ginny is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), an active member of Resolution locally and nationally, and is the press officer for the Norfolk Collaborative Practice Group. She has lectured on Resolution courses to train IFA's advisors in collaborative law and has also been an expert guest on local radio. Her aim is to listen, guide and advise clients through their difficult situations and work hard to reach constructive outcomes in a cost effective and efficient manner. In Chambers [UK 2010] Ginny is noted as 'one to watch' and is described as "a top-quality associate who handles ancillary relief cases efficiently".
