Graham joined Birketts in 2008. He is a senior associate in our planning team.
Graham has 18 years experience of specialising in planning and environmental law, acting for both statutory authorities and the private sector. He represents clients on all planning matters, enforcement and lawfulness issues, compulsory purchase, listed buildings, trees and conservation matters, negotiating and drafting s.106 agreements, representations on local development documents and statutory nuisance.

Graham has been an advocate at numerous public inquiries, has spoken at seminars on planning issues and has had articles on planning law published in regional and national journals. He is a member of the Law Society's Planning Panel and a Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
