James joined Birketts in 2000. He is a partner and head of our agriculture team.
James has been a key individual in growing the team to its current size and standing in the market. James' particular area of expertise are the acquisition and disposal of substantial farms, estates and equestrian properties for private clients and institutions, advising on wealth succession strategies and resolving disputes under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.
