Experience
Malcolm joined Birketts in 2004. He is a consultant in our corporate criminal defence team.
Malcolm specialises in regulatory law with particular reference to health and safety, environment, food, trading standards, transport and road traffic. He deals with all stages of investigation and interviews under caution to proceedings in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court. He is experienced in dealing with both defences and prosecutions and regularly advises Local Authorities and Health Care Trusts.
