Max joined Birketts in 2004. He is a partner in our dispute resolution team and also leads our logistics and shipping team.
Max acts for a range of clients and is involved in resolving business disputes of all kinds, both domestic and international. He specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, particularly logistics disputes, professional negligence claims and product liability.
