Neil joined Birketts in 2005. He is a partner in our agriculture and estates team.
Neil acts for a varied client base which includes private individuals, estates, charities and business proprietors. He has considerable expertise in capital tax and estate planning, wills, trust and agricultural work, including advising on the acquisition and disposal of a number of multi-million pound farms and estates, the restructuring of numerous UK based private trusts with associated capital tax advice and private tax and estate planning advice. Neil has over 25 years experience acting as a trustee of, and providing advice to, a range of registered charities. Prior to joining Birketts, Neil worked at a large international law firm where he led the national agricultural law team.
