Richard joined Birketts in 1990. He is a partner and head of our personal injury team.
Richard specialises in personal injury and medical negligence and acts for both claimants and defendants in the handling of personal injury claims and litigation. He is a skilled negotiator and litigator with experience of recovery and compensation for both serious and less serious injuries. A graduate of Cambridge University, Richard trained in City of London.
