Chetal trained with Birketts and qualified into the corporate immigration team in September 2009.
 
Chetal advises both individuals and corporate clients on a broad spectrum of immigration matters.  She has experience in applications under the Points Based System, advising on the immigration status of workers and employers' duties to prevent illegal working.  She also regularly assists clients with visas and related applications by spouses and partners, children and other dependents/family members, refused entry clearance applications, judicial reviews and appeals.
