Elizabeth joined Birketts in June 2010. She is a solicitor in our commercial property team in Norwich.
Elizabeth qualified in 2007 and is a property lawyer with experience in commercial property and planning law. She has acted for a range of public and private sector clients on various aspects of landlord and tenant law, and on matters relating to freehold and leasehold acquisitions for a range of commercial and charity clients. Elizabeth has also been involved with the drafting and negotiation of Section 106 Agreements for both local planning authorities and developers.
