Our team members have extensive experience of project work, including PFI, PPP, Pathfinder, partnering arrangements and private sector outsourcing. 

We are familiar with OGC guidance and the various sector specific standard forms of project agreement commonly used in PFI and PPP transactions.  Our team has experience of acting for private sector consortia as well as public sector clients and therefore has an understanding of the interface between both sectors.

We provide advice to both the public and private sectors on a wide range of procurement issues. In particular we have extensive experience of advising on the EU procurement regime.

We have a thorough understanding of the contractual frameworks within which procurement and project works must operate and are used to preparing and negotiating a whole range of commercial documents from supply agreements to outsourcings to PFIs.
