Our Immigration team offers an in depth understanding of the law and works closely with individual and corporate clients to advise and assist with all aspects of private immigration law. This includes advising corporate and individual clients in the UK and throughout the world on applications under the 5 Tier points based system including:
Tier 1 - highly skilled workers; investors; entrepreneurs and post study workers.
Tier 2 - general, intra-company transfers, sportspersons, religious workers.
Tier 4 – students.
Tier 5 - youth mobility; creative and sporting workers; charity workers; religious workers; government authorised exchange workers; international agreement workers.
We also advise on and assist clients with the following:
- Initial and refused entry clearance applications;
- European free movement applications (including residence cards and family permits);
- Advising employers on their obligations under immigration law (and potential penalties) and on employees' rights and immigration status;
