In 2024 Birketts launched The Digital Family Clinic; an employee wellbeing
initiative, which provides essential support and advice to your employees with
family-related issues – including divorce and separation, child arrangements,
surrogacy and adoption as well as prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Receiving legal advice at an early stage can significantly improve how individuals approach their separation and divorce, while also supporting effective co-parenting.
However, employee access to legal advice – which is vital to reduce stress for individuals – remains very limited. Birketts want to help employers tackle this issue.
