In recent years, we’ve seen significant expansion. Today, our team has grown to over 1,100 colleagues, including 146 partners. We’re proud that 42% of our partners are female, and we have more than 700 talented legal professionals delivering exceptional service to clients across the UK.

Making progress towards our ambitious growth plans, we have added to our offices in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Norwich, expanding into London and the south of England with additional offices opening in central London (2021), Sevenoaks (2023) and Bristol (autumn 2024). 

Alongside this expansion, we continue to build specialist expertise in key sectors such as energy, technology, and agri-business, areas where we are driving innovation and providing tailored advice to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
