As reported by the BBC, the purchase involved corporate law aspects both here and in Northern Ireland and also the transfer of c. 270 employees and three leasehold properties (one in England and the other two in Northern Ireland).
JRL is a leading integrated construction solutions company whilst McMullen has an industry leading design team offering full design, fabrication and installation of complex facades.
The Birketts' team was led by Partner, Rafael Ruiz, who was assisted by Partners from other disciplines: Grace Kerr (Property) and additionally by Solicitor Hannah Harbottle (Property).
