- Other Information
Bradley qualified as a Solicitor at a firm in South London in 2002. Since then he has worked in both the commercial and residential property sectors, but now works as an Associate dealing exclusively with residential real estate, specialising in leasehold enfranchisement.
Bradley has experience of acting for tenants of flats and houses in extending or varying their leases, and also where tenants have collectively purchased the freehold or superior leasehold interest to their property. He also acts for landlords whose tenants have claimed lease extensions, or who wish to purchase their freehold.
He also acts for landlords who wish to dispose of a freehold interest under the right to first refusal legislation, and for tenants who have received offer notices from their landlord.
Bradley also deals with all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential properties, leasehold and freehold.
He is based at our Ipswich office, but is happy to travel to our other offices to meet client needs.
Outside work, Bradley is a trustee for an Essex based Multi Academy Trust, and is also a governor for a Colchester school. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, walking, attending concerts, cinema and the theatre, quizzes and watching sport, particularly rugby and football.
