Jennifer is an employment law specialist with over 15 years’ post-qualification experience. She is a Legal Director in our Employment Team. Jennifer qualified as a Solicitor in September 2001.

Jennifer has advised on the full spectrum of employment law issues, both in private practice and whilst working in-house. She has particular experience in running volume/bulk settlement agreement projects.

Prior to joining Birketts, Jennifer was Head of HR within a commercial property business and most recently a member of the Operations Board, at a local manufacturing company. In these roles, she developed the HR functions in order to support the evolution and growth of the businesses.

Throughout her career Jennifer has designed and delivered training. In her last role, she created a bespoke leadership programme, which impacted upon all levels of management with the manufacturing business within which she worked from team leader to director level.

Jennifer is based in our Ipswich office.

In terms of her own development, Jennifer has undertaken specialist training in Women’s Leadership and Mental Health First Aid.

Outside work, Jennifer enjoys dog walking and cycling and is a Friend of the Theatre Royal in Norwich.
