Lauren is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team based in Cambridge, specialising in Private Wealth Disputes.
Lauren advises private individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to a wide variety of disputes, including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, will validity claims (including claims arising from allegations of undue influence and/or lack of testamentary capacity) and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts. Lauren also has experience in advising on proprietary estoppel claims, as well as proceedings brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
Lauren also acts in commercial litigation matters, where she has gained extensive experience in advising both corporate and individual clients on a broad range of commercial disputes. Lauren has also acted for clients in securing injunctive relief, as well as advising on the subsequent underlying proceedings.

Lauren completed her Law degree at the University of Southampton, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London Bloomsbury.
Lauren trained at a large Cambridge-based regional law firm, qualifying into their Dispute Resolution team in March 2018. As a newly qualified Solicitor, Lauren worked on a broad mix of commercial litigation and property disputes.
Prior to commencing her training contract, Lauren worked as a Risk and Compliance Analyst at two international law firms, based in London. During her time in Risk and Compliance, Lauren specialised in resolving complex conflict issues (both technical and commercial). She also advised on professional regulation, professional indemnity and anti-money laundering issues.
Lauren has been previously named as Cambridgeshire & District Law Society’s ‘Trainee Solicitor of the Year’.
Lauren will shortly be commencing the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) Education Course.
Outside of work, Lauren is a qualified scuba diver. She can usually be found planning her next far-flung global adventure and in recent years, she has travelled to Australia, Indonesia and Iceland.
