20 lawyers from Birketts have been named in the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List, up from 15 colleagues recognised in 2025.
Set up under the sponsorship of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee, endorsed by the Lady Chief Justice and with the support of the Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations, the annual Pro Bono Recognition List of England and Wales recognises individual lawyers who have provided 25 hours or more of pro bono legal assistance over the previous year, celebrating their contribution to the access of justice.
