Led by Matthew Stratton, Partner in the corporate team, Birketts advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, liaising with Philip Bird and Damion Ranginui at RPGCC LLP, Jon Pugsley at Allazo Accounting Ltd, and Gateley Legal. The Birketts team also comprised Grace Shek (Senior Associate, Corporate), Katie Garcia (Associate, Employment) and Arabella Harris (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate).
Charles Spinks, Director and Founder at Datalynx, said: “Birketts delivered a smooth and successful sale of Datalynx to CACI. Grace and Matt provided outstanding strategic leadership and calm oversight that guided the entire transaction from start to finish. Arabella and Grace went above and beyond, regularly working late nights and weekends to keep momentum high and respond instantly to the buyer’s demands. The whole team showed excellent collaboration and a true ‘one-team’ ethic that made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend Grace, Arabella, Matt and the Birketts corporate team more highly – they were true partners who genuinely cared about getting the deal done right.”
On the deal, Matthew Stratton, said: “We are honoured to have supported the Datalynx shareholders on this transaction. Datalynx has a market-leading reputation as a provider of cloud migration services and this transaction paves the way for further growth and innovation.
