Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised home care provider Christies Care on its acquisition of Daisy Chain Home Support, increasing the care provider’s reach across Suffolk.
Birketts’ awarding winning Independent Healthcare Team lead the transaction for Christies Care, a successful family business operating since 1987. This strategic acquisition marks significant expansion for Christies Care which provides a range of home-care services to its customers.
