Birketts LLP has advised specialist investor B.P. Marsh & Company Limited on its £2m secured loan facility and equity investment into Ventura Risk Partners, an insurance broker that places energy risks into the Lloyd’s and wider London insurance markets.
The Birketts team advising B.P. Marsh was led by Salim Somjee, Partner in the corporate team, supported by Harry Close (Corporate) and Jessica Caws (Co‑Head of Financial Services).
