Birketts LLP has advised B.P. Marsh & Company Limited on its investment into Nine Edge, a specialist wealth management provider.
The investment will allow Nine Edge to acquire R M S Financial Ltd and support the business’ continued growth and development.
The Birketts team advising B.P. Marsh was led by Helen Garner, Partner in the corporate team, supported by Harry Close (Corporate), Jessica Caws (Co-Head of Financial Services), Harriet Hutchinson (Employment) and Robbie Watson (Tax).
