Birketts LLP has advised Laura and Hamish Wilson on the sale of their entire shareholding in CLM to Liberty Blume.
The acquisition forms part of Liberty Blume’s strategic growth plans within the infrastructure sector, expanding into utilities, renewable energy and construction.
Birketts provided comprehensive legal support to the sellers throughout the transaction, completing a re-organisation of the existing corporate structure, negotiating the transaction documents and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful completion.
