Birketts has advised Moonstrike Capital Limited on its acquisition of shares in HSWT Ltd and Wavetree Limited, an established IT support services group operating across the UK.
The transaction marks a significant strategic investment for Moonstrike Capital as it continues to expand its footprint within the technology and managed services sector.
Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Wavetree provides comprehensive IT support, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. The investment by Moonstrike Capital is expected to support the group’s next phase of growth, enabling further development of its technical capabilities and service offering.
