Birketts has advised OCS on its acquisition of WBW City Holdings Ltd and its trading subsidiary, City Group Security Limited (CGSL).
CGSL is a nationwide leader in providing integrated security services, distinguished by its bespoke solutions and deep sector expertise. The acquisition strengthens OCS’s security portfolio and supports its continued growth in the UK security sector.
