Birketts’ Corporate Team has advised ONRG Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to OEG Renewables Limited (OEG).
ONRG Limited provides end to end solutions for the design, build and operation of high voltage networks, substation and associated equipment.
Purchaser OEG is a services company that provides specialist services for offshore wind farm development, construction, operations and maintenance.
