Birketts advises Pump Supplies Ltd on its acquisition of PJT Pumping Services Limited

Birketts has advised Pump Supplies Ltd, a leading specialist in electric submersible pump hire, sales and service, on its acquisition of PJT Pumping Services Limited, a Gloucester‑based provider of engineering solutions to the water utilities, civil engineering and environmental sectors.

Pump Supplies Ltd is part of Vestum, the Nordic infrastructure group headquartered in Stockholm. Vestum acquires and develops companies that operate within infrastructure, construction services and maintenance across the UK and Northern Europe. Focused on essential services and recurring‑revenue sectors, Vestum’s growth strategy is centred on investing in well‑established, technically driven businesses – a profile strongly reflected in Pump Supplies’ continued expansion in the UK water and construction markets.

PJT Pumping Services has grown steadily to become a trusted partner for specialist mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and design consultancy services across the UK water industry. Its expertise complements Pump Supplies’ existing operations across the UK and strengthens the group’s footprint in the Southwest and Midlands areas.
