Birketts has advised YFM Equity Partners on its £3 million growth investment into NextWave Consulting Ltd, a specialist consultancy serving the financial services sector.
The investment will enable NextWave Consulting’s continued growth strategy, allowing the business to further expand its market presence, enhance its service offering and meet increasing demand from clients across the financial services industry.
The Birketts team assisted YFM Equity Partners with all legal aspects of the transaction, supporting the investor through to successful completion.
Partners Salim Somjee and Helen Garner led the Birketts team, which included Will May and Harry Close (corporate), Nicholas West, Katie Garcia and Abbie Head (employment).
