UK top 50 law firm, Birketts, has appointed Duncan Reed as a Partner in its regulatory and corporate defence team.
Based out of the firm’s Bristol office, Duncan is the first hire for the regulatory and corporate defence team in the region, and will lead the expansion of the firm’s specialism in the South West.
With over 20 years’ experience, Duncan is an expert in health and safety law, dealing with regulatory compliance, product liability, food safety and consumer issues. He provides both contentious and non-contentious advice and, as a Solicitor Advocate, represents clients facing regulatory prosecutions and investigations. He also supports individuals and organisations at Inquests and Public Inquiries.
