Birketts has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency (GCA) RM6374 Framework for the provision of legal services to the Public Sector, including Local and Regional Government, Health, Education, Infrastructure, Emergency Services, Central Government and third sector organisations.
After a successful tender process, Birketts has been named as a supplier on five Lots within the Framework:
- Lot 1a – Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
- Lot 1b – Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities (including Housing and Charity Sectors)
- Lot 1c – Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care
- Lot 2 – Focused Legal Support (elective specialisms)
- Lot 3 – Litigation and Disputes
The Framework commences on 13 August 2026 and will run for three years, with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.
