Birketts’ specialist equine team has agreed an initial one-year partnership with the Event Horse Owner’s Association (EHOA).
Through the partnership, Birketts’ equine law experts will become a source of legal advice to the EHOA and its members. With over 20 team members, the equine team has wide ranging experience across both non-contentious and contentious equine issues, including but not limited to sales and purchases of equine facilities, equine tenancy advice, horse sale and purchase dispute resolution, veterinary disputes, banking and financial arrangements, employment advice, tax, and regulatory matters.
The team will work alongside the EHOA’s existing corporate sponsors to strengthen a network of professional advisers dedicated to the equine industry. The partnership will provide significant support for the Event Horse Owner’s Association to enable it to continue its valuable work promoting event horse ownership.
