Birketts has welcomed two new corporate Partners to its Cambridge office. Katy Jarratt-Poole and Alastair Gunn have joined the firm’s corporate team, adding to the existing Cambridge corporate team of ten specialist corporate lawyers and the wider Birketts team of over 20 corporate partners and over 60 corporate lawyers.
Katy brings a wealth of experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. She has particular experience in the food and beverage and agricultural sectors, working with businesses on succession planning and development projects.
Alastair advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. Alastair works with owner-managed businesses and corporate clients predominantly in the UK, but also with an international network and client base across Europe and the US.
