Alethea Shuttleworth is a Trainee Solicitor in the employment team at the Ipswich office.
In this work, she is gaining experience across a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and employees, including advising on tribunal proceedings; drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures; preparing and advising on settlement agreements; and advising on disciplinary and grievance issues.
Alethea was previously a quality officer at Gateley Plc, where she managed the yearly Lexcel accreditation (the Law Society standard of excellence) and the implementation of ISO 9001.
