Alicia joined Birketts in January 2026 as a newly qualified Solicitor in the commercial real estate team, based in the Ipswich office.
Alicia acts on a range of commercial real estate matters, including landlord and tenant work, commercial property transactions and utilities related property matters. Her work includes acquisitions, disposals and lease drafting and negotiations.
Prior to joining Birketts, Alicia trained and worked in‑house at a local authority, where she gained experience advising on public sector commercial property, as well as commercial contracts, planning and highways matters.
