Allan Moore is a Paralegal at Birketts, supporting the SIPP and SSAS real estate team in Ipswich with a range of commercial property matters.
He assists with transactions involving commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and property acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on pension-related property transactions for SIPP and SSAS clients.
Before moving into the legal profession, Allan spent six years with Openreach as a Fibre Build and Planning Engineer, where he developed strong analytical, project management and client service skills. His previous engineering experience provides a practical and commercial perspective when advising on property matters.
Alongside working full-time, Allan completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree with the Open University, achieving an Upper Second Class (2:1) classification. He is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law as part of his continued professional development and progression within the legal sector.
Allan is fluent in both English and Tagalog and is committed to providing practical, responsive and client-focused support to colleagues and clients across a broad range of commercial real estate matters at Birketts.
