Alouette (Letty) Overbury-Tapper

Alouette joined Birketts in September 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor and is completing her second seat in the corporate team in Chelmsford.

In her first seat in the private client advisory team, Alouette assisted with estate planning, including drafting Wills, trust documents, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration.

Prior to joining Birketts, Alouette graduated from university with a First Class Law degree. Alouette then began work as a Legal Secretary for a local law firm, moving from there to work as a Paralegal for the Post Office. Alouette completed the LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1 & 2) at the University of Law in Moorgate, completing optional modules in employment, mergers and acquisitions and advanced dispute resolution.
